Liaison Librarian for Faculty

Liaison librarians at the OUWB Medical Library are assigned to work closely with directors of specific courses and clerkships and coordinators, and faculty in certain disciplines. They serve as the first point of contact for any library-related questions or services or programs; support, collaborate, and assist with developing instructional materials, teaching classes, and research efforts (e.g., literature search, systematic review); and promote or share current information regarding library services, resources, tools, and educational programs.

Liaison librarians are your key contact for any questions or problems related to library resources and services. We encourage you to contact your liaison if you would like to receive customized or personalized instruction on using certain databases, resources/tools, discuss library services, recommend a book or journal or electronic resource for purchase, or discuss any other way the library may support you in your teaching or research or faculty development.
